The Opportunity

Attractive salary package between $110,000 and $130,000 plus super, based on experience, plus the Australian Government Worker Retention Payment

About You

You will bring:

• An ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
• Experience leading a team within an early childhood education setting
• Previous Centre Manager experience, or extensive experience as an Assistant Manager ready to progress
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for mentoring educators and achieving positive outcomes for children
