G8 Education Ltd’s McKenzie Street Children’s Centre is hiring an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a 70-place service and support an outstanding early learning environment. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, on a 12-month maximum term contract, with a focus on nurturing children’s development and maintaining high-quality programs.

You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services, understand EYLF and NQS, and bring proven educator experience with 0–5-year-olds.

Do you want to be valued and appreciated for your hard work? McKenzie Street Children’s Centre has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our 70-place service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program. This role is Full time working 38 hours per week on a 12 month Maximum term contract.

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate
