Job summary

G8 Education Limited in Healesville is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a 90-place early childhood service. You will support centre operations, mentor qualified staff and help deliver high-quality learning experiences.

This role focuses on EYLF and NQS compliance, strong communication with families, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children aged 0–5.

Qualifications

• Must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (0-5 years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid certificate.

Steel Street Children's Centre has an exciting opportunity for a passionateAssistant Centre Managerto join our 90-place service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 90 children with operating hours between 6.30am - 6.30pm.

About You
