Job summary

Eden Academy Angle Vale is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead with passion, deliver high‑quality care through teamwork, and foster a nurturing environment that supports children's independence.

You’ll strengthen connections with families and the community, showcase strong organisation and communication, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in early education. Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, caring for 126 children daily.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Australian Working Rights.
• Professional and warm presentation; confident with families.
• Availability Monday to Friday; team-oriented.

About You

As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

• Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
• Build strong connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check
• Possess Australian Working Right
• Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
