Job summary

Eden Academy Stirling is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a warm, family-oriented childcare team and deliver high-quality early education in a bright, supportive environment.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills, with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a current Working with Children Check, and Australian working rights. You will engage with families and the local community and support staff across Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check.
• Possess Australian Working Right.

About You

As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

What You’ll Bring

• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
