REC Equine Specialists is seeking an organised Assistant Accountant to join our finance team and support the Finance Manager. You will gain exposure across multiple entities in a veterinary environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in an assistant accounting role, strong MYOB and Excel skills, and Australian work rights. Proactive, detail-focused and resilient professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
• 3+ years of experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar bookkeeping role.
• Advanced knowledge of MYOB and Excel; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and posting monthly journals to maintain the general ledger.
• Supervise daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable and supplier invoices.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and intercompany balances.
