Job summary

PharmaCare in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a motivated finance assistant to join our in-office team in Warriewood. You will support balance sheet reconciliations and spearhead data capture for carbon emissions reporting.

This full-time role requires a degree or TAFE in Accounting, and CPA studies are welcomed. You will work closely with the finance team to deliver accurate, timely accounting processes and contribute to a health-focused, Australian-owned company culture.

• Currently studying CPA is desirable.

About the role

This position works within the PharmaCare finance team and will be responsible for assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, and the newly created role of data capture for carbon emissions reporting.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts across multiple companies
• Data collection for carbon accounting
• Assist the senior accountant in monthly accounting processes

This is a full-time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

About you

You're a proactive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. You take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve great outcomes. You will also be Degree or TAFE qualified in Accounting and ideally currently studying a CPA.
