Fuse Recruitment is seeking motivated general insurance support professionals to join our SME broking team in Brisbane. You will assist Account Executives with day-to-day broking duties and help service policies while learning the ropes to build your technical knowledge.

This role offers hands-on exposure to SME risks, a clear path to manage your own portfolio over time, and the opportunity to progress with a supportive, experienced brokerage.

Formación

• Previous experience in general insurance broking or account support.
• Exposure to SME insurance risks is highly regarded.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Confident communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to learn and progress toward managing your own portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting Account Executives with day-to-day broking duties.
• Assisting with the administration and servicing of general insurance policies.
• Supporting policy renewals and documentation.
• Responding to client enquiries and assisting with account management.
• Providing general administrative support across the wider broking team.
• Developing your technical knowledge with the goal of managing your own portfolio.

Who will you be working with?

You will be joining an experienced SME broking team, working alongside established Account Executives and supporting them with their day-to-day client and account management responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced brokers, build your technical knowledge and develop your career within general insurance.
