Forever New Canberra is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Canberra store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead and motivate your team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Forever New’s brand standards.

You will thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment, coach for performance, manage rosters, merchandise with flair, and connect with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience is essential.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.
• Ability to execute effective roster management.
• Visual merchandising ability.
• Willingness to work late nights, public holidays and weekends when required.
• Understanding of fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and lead the store team to achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop team performance through 1:1 sessions.
• Drive exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Plan and manage rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
• Merchandise and replenish stock to reflect brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
