Forever New Clothing Pty is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Castle Towers store in Castle Hills, NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will coach and develop staff, manage rosters, and ensure visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has retail store management experience, a passion for fashion, and a collaborative approach to inspire both customers and

• A proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and targets.

• You can execute effective roster management.
• You have previous visual merchandising ability.
• You’re open and flexible to late night trading, public holidays and weekends when required.
• You understand fashion and trends.
