Job summary

Potentia Energy in Sydney seeks an Asset Manager to oversee performance, operations and maintenance of utility-scale renewable projects across development, engineering, construction, commissioning and operations.

You will own asset outcomes, manage contractors and budgets, and report on risks, opportunities and value delivery within a collaborative, safety-conscious environment. This role offers flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Asset management experience in asset-intensive environments.
• Ability to own operational, technical or commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
• Experience managing contractors or service providers.
• Experience solving complex operational/technical issues.
• Experience contributing to budgets, forecasts or financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative for utility-scale renewable assets.
• Manage asset performance against KPIs and objectives.
• Lead improvement programs and defect rectification.
• Oversee O&M contractor relationships and performance.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate stakeholder support across technical and commercial teams.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare monthly asset performance reports and insights.
