Job summary

Troocoo Pty is partnering with a well known nonprofit community services organisation to recruit an Asset Manager for their team. This role oversees a mixed portfolio of properties across Queensland, leading a team of two Property Officers and a Facilities Manager.

You will drive maintenance planning, contractor management and compliance, while shaping the portfolio’s growth and long term maintenance strategy. Queensland-based with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in asset management or similar position
• Strong understanding of NRSCH Registration and legislative obligations
• Experience coordinating maintenance and major works across multiple properties
• Understanding of property inspections, contractor management and compliance
• Willing to undergo a Police check and hold a Blue Card
• Ability to manage budgets and balance immediate issues with longer term priorities
• Experience leading a small team

• Salary up to $120,000 plus superannuation and non for profit salary packaging

The role

You will oversee a mixed portfolio of low, medium and high density properties, leading a team of two Property Officers and a Facilities Manager. The role combines day to day oversight of the portfolio with strategic planning for its future growth.

About You
