Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a Senior Asset Strategist to lead the Asset Management Strategy and Asset Improvement Plan. You will guide governance for a major SAM system, drive knowledge across the organisation and improve asset data and processes.

You will lead a team of asset practitioners, engage stakeholders, and deliver strategic outcomes through robust project management and ICT system implementations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic asset management experience and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience leading and developing a team and delivering complex projects.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle costs and strategic asset planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and govern the Asset Management Strategy and Improvement Plan.
• Develop roadmap and governance for prioritising initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of the SAM system and governance framework.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for asset management KPIs.
• Coach technical staff and asset practitioners to achieve outcomes.
