Job summary

REMONDIS AUSTRALIA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead asset and maintenance operations across Western Australia from the Jandakot workshop. You will oversee fleet, mobile and fixed plant assets, drive lifecycle management, procurement, and disposal, and provide expert guidance to operational leaders on asset performance and safety.

You will lead a skilled maintenance team, partner with senior leadership to improve efficiency, and ensure a safety-first environment across WA sites.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and background as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic or similar.
• Experience in asset and maintenance management across fleet, plant or heavy equipment.
• Strong safety focus with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset & Maintenance operations across WA, covering fleet, mobile plant and fixed plant assets.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including utilisation, procurement, delivery, optimisation and disposal.
• Provide technical advice to operational managers and key stakeholders on asset performance and maintenance.
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the maintenance team.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, workshop assurance and contractor coordination across WA sites.
• Analyse maintenance trends, asset utilisation and costs to drive performance, safety and asset optimisation.
