Job summary

REMONDIS Jandakot is seeking a Mechanic Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs for a diverse fleet in our WA workshop. You will plan work, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality and environmental targets are met.

Ideal candidates are qualified Diesel Mechanics with hands-on experience supervising teams in a workshop or fleet setting, and strong diagnostic abilities. The role includes day shifts, a Monday–Friday roster and a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic with Heavy Vehicle experience.
• Proven ability to supervise mechanical teams in workshop/fleet settings.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and coordinate fleet preventative maintenance, repairs and workshop resources.
• Manage rosters and resource allocation and provide feedback on workshop performance.
• Conduct pre-starts and safety briefings for daily work schedules.
