Job summary

Newmont’s Boddington Gold Mine in Western Australia is seeking an Asset Integrity Planner to coordinate inspection, remediation, shutdown and long-term campaigns. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution and keeping work aligned with site priorities and compliance requirements.

You will develop detailed work plans, coordinate labour and contractors, and ensure readiness for major campaigns, while maintaining SAP data and driving continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience within a mining, processing, maintenance or heavy industrial environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems to support planning, work management and scheduling activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams.
• Experience coordinating shutdowns, contractor-delivered work and multiple concurrent work fronts in a dynamic operational environment.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work scopes and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Asset Integrity work plans and schedules for inspection, remediation, shutdown and campaign activities.
• Coordinate labour, contractors, materials and enabling services to ensure work is executable, resourced and delivered safely.
• Prepare high-quality work packs and support execution readiness for shutdowns, tank refurbishment campaigns and major remediation programs.
• Represent Asset Integrity in planning, scheduling and work commitment forums, ensuring alignment with site priorities and operational requirements.
• Maintain SAP work management data, monitor planning constraints and drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
