M2P Engineering in Brisbane/Salisbury is seeking an Asset Coordinator to coordinate and control our fleet, plant and equipment across the business. Based at the Salisbury workshop, you will ensure assets are available, maintained to standard and accurately tracked and allocated to projects.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, tradespeople, suppliers and external providers to manage maintenance schedules, repairs and inspections, and asset movements.

As our Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling M2P’s fleet, plant, equipment and other assets across the business.
From light vehicles through to heavy plant and cranes, you will ensure our assets are available when required, maintained to the appropriate standard, accurately tracked and correctly allocated across projects and operational areas.
Based at our Salisbury workshop, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, site teams, mechanics, suppliers and external service providers. You’ll coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, equipment movements and mobilisation requirements while helping minimise downtime and keep our operations running efficiently.
This is a hands-on coordination role with real ownership and accountability. While the position has no direct reports, you will need the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business, follow up outstanding actions and ensure maintenance and compliance requirements are completed.
We’re looking for someone with a maintenance planning and trade background who understands plant and equipment, preventative maintenance and the importance of having safe, compliant and reliable assets ready when they are needed.
