Job summary

Anytime Finance is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our Sydney team. Based on-site at our Rosebery dealership, you’ll guide clients from initial enquiry through to settlement, representing Anytime Finance professionally at every step.

You’ll support dealer partners with quotes and finance closings, manage inbound enquiries, and build strong relationships with lenders and dealership staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time experience as an Asset Finance Broker/ Loan Writer.
• Based in Sydney with full Australian working rights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting dealer partners and clients with quotes and finance closes.

Responsibilities

• Support dealer partners and clients with quotes, proposals and finance closing.
• Manage inbound enquiries, qualify leads and keep data accurate across all systems.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service with a solutions-focused approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership staff and lenders.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our Sydney team. Based on-site at our Rosebery dealership, you'll guide clients from first enquiry through to settlement and represent Anytime Finance professionally at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Support dealer partners and clients with quotes, proposals and finance closing
• Manage inbound enquiries, qualify leads and keep data accurate across all systems
• Deliver a high standard of customer service with a solutions-focused approach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership staff and lenders
• Take part in ongoing product and lender training to stay current with the market
• At least 2 years of full-time experience as an Asset Finance Broker/ Loan Writer
• Must have exceptional comunication/ organisational skills
• Living in Sydney, within easy commuting distance of Rosebery
• Full Australian working rights
• Two professional references, available on request
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident on the phone, with solid computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
• Close attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Well presented, punctual and driven by targets
