Job summary

Equifund Financial Group in Sydney - Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Consumer Finance Broker to join our growing team. You will manage consumer finance applications from enquiry through to approval and settlement across multiple lenders.

The role requires a solid understanding of consumer credit, NCCP and responsible lending, with a track record of converting applications to settlements. This is not an entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience writing regulated consumer credit.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries to settlements.
• Strong understanding of NCCP and responsible lending.
• Experience with consumer car loans and personal loans.
• Australian working rights.

Equifund Financial Group is looking for an experienced Consumer Finance Broker to join our growing team in Sydney - Bondi Junction.

We’re looking for an established broker with experience in consumer lending, particularly:

• Personal Loans

The Role

You’ll manage consumer finance applications from initial enquiry through to approval and settlement, working across a broad panel of lenders.

We’re looking for someone who understands consumer credit, lender policy and compliance, can confidently structure applications and has a proven ability to convert and settle consistent volume.

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821 or equivalent)
• Previous experience writing regulated consumer credit
• Strong understanding of NCCP and responsible lending obligations
• Experience with consumer car loans and/or personal loans
• Experience working across multiple lenders and understanding lender policy
• Strong sales, conversion and customer service skills
• Ability to manage applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Strong attention to detail and compliance
• Australian working rights

Previous consumer asset finance broking experience is essential. This is not an entry-level position.
