Downer in Sydney seeks a Supervisor - Services and Asset Management to lead the facilities maintenance team at Auburn Maintenance Centre, coordinating specialist contractors to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery.

You will use asset data to identify recurring issues, investigate root causes and translate findings into practical improvement projects, including upgrades or renewals, within a governance framework.

Qualifications

Electrical qualification or engineering degree with facilities/asset management experience.
Experience leading technical teams and contractors in safety-critical industries.
Strong asset-management mindset with reliable data and maintenance records.
Experience investigating equipment failures and turning findings into improvements or small projects.

Responsabilités

Lead the facilities maintenance team and contractor network with a focus on safe, high-quality delivery.
Use asset data to identify recurring failures, determine root causes and drive improvements.
Plan maintenance and projects around live operations while ensuring governance and closure.
Build relationships with stakeholders to secure alignment and sustainable outcomes.
Scope and deliver asset-improvement projects from concept through to completion.
