Job summary

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council is seeking a Coordinator, Asset Data & Insights to lead the asset information environment, governance, and analytics. This full-time role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights for infrastructure decisions.

You will oversee data quality, governance frameworks and reporting, while guiding a three-person team and partnering with stakeholders across the Council. Flexible work arrangements are considered.

Qualifications

• Holds relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, engineering, information systems, data analytics, GIS, business, finance or a related discipline, and/or has demonstrated relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of Council's asset information environment.
• Develop and oversee asset data governance, quality assurance, reporting and analytics, including dashboards and insights that support asset condition, risk, renewal and investment decisions.
• Lead a team of three and work closely with stakeholders across Council to improve the reliability, accessibility and practical value of asset information.
