Job summary

Downer is seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team in Australia. You will create, update, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for compliance equipment or systems, reporting to the Business and Systems Transformation Lead.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Asset Data in facilities maintenance or similar environment.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Ability to interact cross-functionally with various levels of employees and management.
Well-developed analytical skills and ability to handle competing requests.

Responsibilities

Provide business analysis, data analysis, and systems analysis related to work order and asset data integrity using Spotless Facilities Maintenance Systems (WMS).
Collect and record asset data across multiple contracts and provide data solutions for asset data management strategies.
Analyse and document business systems and processes with asset data management to maintain quality data.
Design, develop, and standardise asset data reports in MS Excel and create Power BI dashboards for data translation.
Analyse query results, prepare reports, and identify causes of trends and outliers.
