Job summary

One Rail Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Asset Data Administrator to support the Regional Maintenance Manager and maintenance team with administrative duties and data analysis. This part-time role (20 hours per week) reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager (QLD) and covers Queensland maintenance operations.

Key tasks include processing purchase orders, invoicing for the depot, data capture, reporting, and AMS input.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Regional Maintenance Manager and Rollingstock Maintenance team.
• Facilitate depot office functions and tenancy administration.
• Coordinate with contracting partners for inventory usage and PO administration.
• Capture data and prepare performance reports for the depot.
• Input Work Order data and report in the Asset Management System (AMS).
• Update and review depot documentation; support warehousing and stocktaking.
• Assist training using the company E-Learning System and support workshop planning.

About the Role:

The role of the Asset Data Administrator is to support the Regional Maintenance Manager and local maintenance team in the provision of administrative duties, development of documentation and reports to support maintenance activities, processing and analysing asset related information and condition data to the Maintenance Team

This role reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager (QLD) is a part-time position for 20hrs.

In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will also include:

• Providing Administration support to the RMM and Rollingstock Maintenance team.
• Facilitate the Maintenance depot office functions.
• Work with contracting partners to action inventory usage.
• Administration of purchase orders and invoicing for the maintenance depot.
• Support data capture and performance reporting for the maintenance depot.
• Support Work Order data input and reporting of the Asset Management System (AMS)
• Updating and reviewing documentation for the maintenance depot.
• Supporting warehousing, inventory management and stocktaking.
• Supporting to the maintenance depot team’s training and competency using the company’s E-Learning System.
• Supporting workshop planning and scheduling as required.
• Undertake any adhoc projects, initiatives, tasks as directed by the Workshop Manager.
• Manage contractors’ qualifications and requirements
• Minutes for monthly staff & HSE meetings

This position operates under the direct leadership of the RMM, as well as approved policies, procedures, business operating plans, contracts and tasks allocated to meet operational and Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) requirements. The key working relationships are noted bellow but may vary with business and operational requirements.
