Randstad Australia is seeking reliable Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members for Hume, ACT. The role involves operating bitumen spray trucks, spreading aggregate, and rolling surfaces on road construction sites.

You’ll perform site prep, hand-spraying, and cleanup, with emphasis on safety and environmental guidelines. The position offers 40+ hours weekly with overtime, immediate start for the right candidate, and penalties plus travel allowances.

Formación

• Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations.
• Valid Drivers Licence MR/HR/HC class preferred.
• White card holder; awareness of asbestos and silica safety.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and assist bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders and rollers.
• Lay, spread, and rake aggregate materials on road sites.
• Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup.
• Daily pre-start safety checks and routine equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to site safety standards, traffic plans and environmental guidelines.
