Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking experienced Asphalt Sealing Labourers to join our Swanbank crew on a long-term assignment. You will work Monday to Friday, 9-10 hour shifts, with day and night rosters. Meet at the depot in Swanbank and travel to site locations as part of the crew.

The role requires physical fitness, a valid White Card, and a current driving licence with reliable transport. MR/HR licences are a plus, and availability for travel away from home is expected.

Qualifications

• Driver’s Licence and reliable transport required.
• White Card required.
• Experience in civil or asphalting industry desirable.
• MR or HR Truck Licence considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations.
• Work with truck drivers, plant operators and crew.
• General labour on civil road projects.
• Raking, shovelling and site clean-up.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures on active roadwork sites.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking experienced Asphalt Sealing Labourers to join their crew in Swanbank in a long-term role. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, working 9-10hr shifts across day & night shifts (roster provided in advance). You will meet at the depot in Swanbank and travel out to various sites as a crew.

Duties

• Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations
• Work alongside truck drivers, plant operators and crew members
• General labouring duties on civil road projects
• Raking, shovelling and site clean-up
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Follow strict safety procedures on active roadwork sites

What You Will Need

• Driver’s Licence + reliable transport
• White Card
• Previous experience in the civil or asphalting industry
• MR or HR Truck Licence (highly desirable)
• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
• Willingness to work away from home when required
• Willingness to work across days and nights
• Physically fit and safety-focused
