Job summary

KMJ Testing is seeking an experienced Lab/Field Tester for ongoing work across South East Queensland. The role involves taking and performing asphalt sampling in line with test methods and specifications, plus density testing of core samples.

Candidates should hold an open driver’s license and White Card; a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques is preferred but not essential. You must be able to work nights, including Sundays and Fridays, and perform daily equipment checks to keep gear

• Must understand all test methods used daily.
• Open driver’s license and White Card required.
• Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take and perform asphalt sampling in line with test methods and specifications.
• Perform density testing of core samples as required.

Take and perform Asphalt sampling in line with the appropriate Test Methods and Specifications

Have an open driver's license and white card

Perform Density Testing of core samples in line with the appropriate Test Methods.

Must have a clear understanding of all Test Methods that are used on a daily basis.

Perform daily equipment checks to keep equipment properly maintained and fit for us

Must be able to work nights including Sundays and Fridays

A Cert 4 in laboratory Techniques preferred but not essential
