This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products, including asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials, while meeting both internal and external customer standards.

About the Role:

• Conduct quality control testing on asphalt, aggregates, and recycled materials
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the operations & production teams to maintain product integrity
• Adhere to safety procedures

What You'll Bring (Essential):

• Current Driver's Licence
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Ability to work night shift as required
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications & Experience (Not essential but highly regarded):

• Experience in asphalt, raw material, or CMT testing
• Knowledge of the road asphalt industry
• Certificate III or IV in Laboratory Techniques
• Understanding of NATA standards
