Qualifications

• At least 1 year of independent cake decorating experience.
• Proficient in whipping cream and decorating with frosting for a neat finish.
• Able to stabilize and handle cream for smooth edges and delicate appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene; follow store management systems.
• Hold a valid health certificate with no food safety contraindications.

Responsibilities

• Decorate and produce birthday cakes daily according to store formulas and procedures.
• Ensure uniform appearance, stable taste, and exquisite presentation of each cake.
• Collaborate with peak orders to complete daily production accurately and on time.
• Clean kitchen and disinfect tools after daily operations; organize raw materials.
• Monitor stock and maintain product aesthetics across all available models.
