Jocelyn’s Provisions in Albion (Brisbane) seeks a Senior Decorator & Pastry Chef to lead the Decorating and Special Occasion Cakes team in a state-of-the-art kitchen. You will manage daily operations, mentor decorators and ensure the highest finish on cakes, cupcakes and sweets.

This full-time role involves hands-on decorating, collaboration with the Head Chef and Owner, and developing new products for occasions while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant must have proven cake decorating experience.
• Experience leading a small decorating team in a high-volume environment.
• Strong focus on finish, presentation and speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team of decorators.
• Allocate daily decorating tasks to meet production targets.
• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, slices and other products for stores and wholesale.
• Ensure high standards of finish and food safety compliance.
