The role requires a relevant baking qualification and at least three years in a commercial bakery, with knowledge of dough handling, fermentation and oven operation.

Qualifications

• Certification in baking or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial bakery.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation and baking techniques.

Responsibilities
