Formación

• Qualification: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher is required.
• Experience: 2 years’ full-time Cook experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Bakery or pastry experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and high-volume kitchen operations.
• Able to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent, high-quality food.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, measure, weigh, and combine ingredients for breads, pastries, and bakery items according to recipes.
• Execute cooking and baking tasks including chopping, mixing, shaping doughs, and operating ovens.
• Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking to ensure optimal quality.
• Adjust methods and times to maintain product quality.
