Sonoma Baking Company in Sydney's Alexandria bakery is seeking reliable Bakery Packers to join a busy production team. Roles include packing freshly baked bread and assembling customer orders, with a focus on quality, safety and speed to meet daily production targets.

We offer full-time, part-time and casual positions with shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:00 am and opportunities to grow within an artisan bakery renowned for sourdough and teamwork.

Formación

• Reliable, motivated and a positive team player.
• Comfortable with hands-on work in a busy bakery environment.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to safely handle products and materials weighing up to 15 kg.
• Previous packing, bakery or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Slicing and packing freshly baked bread.
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Maintaining quality, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with different teams across the bakery.
• Assisting with other day-to-day bakery tasks as required.
