Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Armidale, NSW, is seeking a restaurant trainer/coach to develop crew capability and guest service excellence. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will mentor team members, lead shifts, and uphold safety and operational standards across the store.

You will deliver on-the-job and formal leadership training, support sales through strong service, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity. This role offers clear progression across Hungry Jack's restaurant network.
