Reporting to the State Manager NSW/ACT, you will own safety leadership, client relationships and growth initiatives, driving contracts, tenders and commercial outcomes in a key regional market with autonomy to influence performance and career development.

Qualifikationen

• Operational leadership experience in surfacing or road infrastructure.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of contract management, tendering and delivery.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
