Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking an Area Manager for Brisbane North. This hands-on leadership role spans multiple stores, coaching teams, and maintaining store standards.

You’ll lead from the front, embedding rhythms, coaching through accountability, and ensuring excellent customer experiences across sites. The role requires strong people leadership, data‑driven decision making, and willingness to travel regularly to different locations in the Brisbane North area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 stores multi-site leadership experience in telco, tech or services retail.
• Strong coaching skills to develop store leaders and teams.
• Comfortable with data, decision‑making and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coach Store Leaders to own results, lead people, and grow stores.
• Maintain consistent in-store presence and team rhythms.
• Drive performance with SDPs, clear goals, and accountability.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences across all sites.
• Lead Local Area Marketing initiatives to boost foot traffic.
• Uphold compliance, visuals, and operational standards.
