Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Brisbane North is seeking a values-driven Area Manager to lead our Brisbane North multi-site retail network. This hands-on role will coach, support, and even jump in to complete repairs when needed, leading from the front with accountability and heart.

• Embedding strong team rhythms and holding others accountable through consistent in-store presence
• Lifting team performance through Success Development Plans (SDPs) and goal clarity
• Ensure all stores deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with company standards.
• Activating Local Area Marketing (LAM) to connect with communities and drive foot traffic
• Upholding compliance, visual standards, and operational excellence across all sites
