PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Capalaba is seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Team Leader to drive sales, lead a small team, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will rotate with weekend shifts and public holidays as needed, training in basic mobile device repairs, and be encouraged to contribute to team targets and store KPIs. The role offers a supportive culture and bonus opportunities.

About the role:

PTC are currently seeking a full-time team member who is dedicated and driven retail Assistant Store Team Leader for our Capalaba store.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment. We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role. Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way. Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers. You will have a passion for leading and developing your team, and be ready to take on the next challenge.

This role would suit someone… With flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend & availability on public holidays when necessary

With ability to work during school hours throughout the week
