Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Store Managers to achieve sales, profit, productivity and customer experience targets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop and execute commercial strategies for the area.
• Conduct regular store visits and reviews using financial and customer insights to drive performance.
• Build an engaged, high-performing team culture aligned with Levi's values.
