Job summary

Tapestry is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of Coach stores across Queensland and New Zealand, driving sales, customer experiences and operational excellence. You will coach Store Managers, implement regional business plans and uphold brand standards across all formats.

Ideal candidates bring proven multi-location leadership, a strong track record in sales growth, and the ability to translate data into action while developing high-performing teams within a luxury retail

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
• Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
• Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans aligned to brand and regional priorities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards across all store formats.
• Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver sustainable growth.
