Prodigy People is seeking Store Managers in Training for busy Melbourne CBD stores. You will lead and coach a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong product knowledge to guide shoppers.

This role offers regular sales targets, promotional and visual merchandising support, and a clear path to store leadership within a dynamic fashion retail environment near Melbourne's Little Collins Street.

The Company
Our client, a well known mid to high end premium distinctive global menswear retailer, is seeking 2 x Managers in Training for their busy stores in Melbourne's CBD and Little Collins Street. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the team
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

• Experienced Assistant Manager OR Store Manager with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability toinspire your team

• You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
• Youare passionate about all things fashion with great styling skills
