Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an Area Manager to lead delivery of projects and maintenance across the Chinchilla region, with the leadership to drive performance and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within construction, maintenance, energy, infrastructure, resources or heavy industry.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or pipeline works.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, estimating and contract management.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong focus on safety, people leadership and operational performance.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities
