Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin. You will lead and coordinate piping activities to ensure safe, efficient execution and high-quality outcomes on site.

In this permanent role on a 15/13 roster, you will supervise daily site activities, maintain compliance with HSE and client requirements, and drive planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet tight shutdown

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supervision experience in brownfield projects.
• Oil & Gas and CSG experience highly regarded.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to perform under tight shutdown timeframes.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
