Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland. You will lead the delivery of projects and maintenance across the region, build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within construction, maintenance or heavy industry.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or pipeline works.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, estimating and contract management.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong focus on safety, people leadership and operational performance.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the safe and successful delivery of projects and contracts across the Chinchilla region.
• Help oversee operational performance, workforce planning, project execution and resource management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for contract delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and legislative requirements.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and operational excellence.
