Key duties include scheduling, inspections, inventory management, client liaison, and ongoing staff training. The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Driver's license and reliable transport.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, performance management and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure standards meet client expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate orders.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maximise efficiency and meet client requirements.
• Respond to and resolve client complaints or concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the area.
• Liaise between cleaning teams and clients to communicate expectations and updates.
• Participate in staff training and development to enhance team skills.
• Hands-on responsibility for periodical jobs.
