Job summary

Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA) is seeking a results-driven Aftersales Operations professional to drive performance across an assigned dealer network. You will work with Dealer Principals, Aftersales Managers, Service Managers and Parts Managers to identify opportunities, address challenges and implement sustainable improvements.

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Retail Operations, you will help optimise profitability, service quality and customer experience while building strong OEM

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales or dealer operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dealer performance against Aftersales KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct dealer visits, operational reviews and standards assessments.
• Provide support across Service, Parts, Workshop Operations, Retention and Customer Experience.
• Partner with dealerships to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support owner relations matters, escalations and goodwill recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across the dealer network and VGA stakeholders.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the region.
