Elphinstone Group Pty Ltd - EMS provides heavy mobile equipment maintenance and field services to mining clients across Australia. We’re seeking an industry specialist to protect and grow our existing client base, while helping shape EMS’s path forward in WA.

You will lead a team for workforce planning and rosters, own client relationships and pricing, and drive account growth. The role focuses on delivering high service standards and strategic quotes, with regular business reviews and safety

Competenze

• Proven experience in account management, operations coordination or workforce planning within the mining or resources sector.
• Established relationships with mining clients and maintenance decision-makers.
• A track record of growing accounts and lifting service delivery standards.
• Trade qualification, desirable.
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Current WA Driver's Licence.

Elphinstone Mechanical Services (EMS) provides heavy mobile equipment (HME) maintenance and field services to mining and resources clients across Australia. EMS is part of the ASX-listed SSH Group, so we pair the hands-on, practical approach of a specialist maintenance provider with the backing of a growing, vertically integrated group.

About the role:

We want an industry specialist who has delivered results in mining maintenance with strong relationships across the sector. You know how to grow accounts and make sure service delivery meets the standards that keep clients coming back. In this role you'll protect and grow our existing client base, and you'll help shape where EMS goes next.

What you'll be doing
