Due to an internal transfer, FMS Group are looking for an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys balancing strategy with action.
This is not a role where you'll spend your time simply directing others. We're looking for a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable coaching operational leaders in the field as they are reviewing management systems, conducting audits, leading investigations, maintaining ISO certification and ensuring legislative compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager – East Coast Operations, with a strong connection to our Executive HSEQ Manager, you'll lead Health, Safety, Environment and Quality across our East Coast operations.
This role requires regular travel to client sites and provides the opportunity to lead a small HSEQ team while remaining actively involved in the day-to‑day delivery of the function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and technical HSEQ work and wants to have a genuine influence on business performance.
You'll work closely with operational leaders across workshops, client sites and projects to ensure our HSEQ systems remain practical, compliant and effective to support operational excellence.
