Job summary

Dhursan Construction, a Sydney-based residential builder, is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to support design development, drafting and project delivery. You will collaborate with construction managers, architects and surveyors to prepare drawings and technical specs in line with Australian standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsperson.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret and modify architectural drawings and specs.
• Solid understanding of Australian building regulations and residential design requirements.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• White Card desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will possess:
