Adelaide Development Corporation (ADC) is a design-led property developer delivering premium homes, residential communities and commercial developments across South Australia.
Our in-house design studio works closely with the broader development, construction and marketing teams to create considered, high-quality projects from initial concept through to delivery. We are focused on thoughtful design, strong architectural outcomes and creating places that balance lifestyle, functionality, buildability and long-term value.
As ADC continues to grow, we are looking to expand our design team with people who are passionate about residential architecture, keen to develop their skills and interested in being involved in the complete development process.
We are seeking an Architectural Designer / Graduate of Architecture with approximately 3–5 years of industry experience to join our in-house Design Studio.
Working closely with the Design Manager and senior members of the team, you will contribute to the design, development and documentation of a diverse pipeline of residential projects, including individual homes, townhouse developments and larger masterplanned communities.
The role provides an opportunity to be involved across multiple stages of a project rather than being limited to a single area of production. Depending on your experience, responsibilities will include concept design, 3D modelling and visualisation, planning documentation, construction documentation, consultant coordination and assisting projects through approvals and delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a strong foundation in residential design and is looking to broaden their technical and documentation experience while continuing to develop their design capability.
The position is full-time and based in our Adelaide studio, working collaboratively with our design, development, construction and marketing teams.
This role provides the opportunity to work within a growing, design-led development business and gain exposure well beyond traditional architectural documentation.
You will work directly with experienced design and development professionals, contribute to projects from early design through to construction, and have genuine opportunities to build capability across design, documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong design instincts and a willingness to learn who wants to take greater ownership of projects as their experience develops.
