Job summary

Frasers Property Australia in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the NSW Development marketing team, based at Rhodes Head Office. You will support multi-channel campaigns across residential and mixed-use portfolios, coordinating social media, EDMs, and property listings while ensuring brand integrity.

This role blends creative digital execution with hands-on project delivery, including site visits, signage updates, and monthly enquiry reporting.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for travel.
• Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, with property, developer, or agency experience highly regarded.
• Digital familiarity with social media, CMS, and eDM tools; knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM advantageous.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with meticulous attention to detail and deadline management.
• Collaborative, respectful, progressive mindset with initiative to contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination & Brand Integrity: develop, proofread, and produce marketing collateral; liaise with agencies to align with brand standards.
• Digital & Social Media Engagement: manage content across social channels, coordinate eDMs and property listings.
• On-the-Ground Project Execution: visit project sites to ensure displays and signage are current and ready for launches.
• Reporting & Administrative: track leads, campaign performance, process invoices, and maintain digital asset libraries.
